Fitness Goals

So its time to get back into shape. With my new found workout partner we have set short term goals for December 18th and long term goals for March 18. I want to become better at running but I don't feel like I'm making progress. I also would like to be more flexible but I don't see any improvement in that either.


The big problem... I don't seem to be motivated anymore.

Suggestions?

  1. Just force yourself to do it. If you do it all the time, you get used to and it becomes part of your normal routine. Mind over matter.
